India Shawn

Defined by signature soul sound and superior writing skills, India Shawn recently released her solo debut, Origin, led by the self-affirming single “Be Yourself.” The singer/songwriter has collaborated with everyone from Chris Brown to Keri Hilson, El Debarge and Monica, but she amply displays her solo singing talent with her latest effort. Whether he’s writing hits for John Legend (“Everybody Knows”) or collaborating with Big Boi and Janelle Monáe, Scar is always on his A game. Fresh off a performance of David Letterman alongside Killer Mike and El-P, he’s now taking his act on the road in support of his long-awaited yet-to-be-titled EP.
