Atlantans have worshiped the sweet creations of Jonathan St. Hilaire at the many Concentrics restaurants around the city (Lobby, One Midtown Kitchen, etc.), so when St. Hilaire, the brand’s executive pastry chef, put his heart and hands into Bakeshop, it was a done deal. From fresh, colorful fruit tarts sized for one person to divine chocolate almond croissants, Bakeshop skips the need for pesky entrees (they do carry sandwiches) and focuses on the real deal—dessert (903 Peachtree Street N.E., Atlanta; 404-892-9322).
